Artist Statement: The reason why I chose to design my poster the way I did was because I wanted something different. Every Engineering poster that I have seen is always high-tech or gadget oriented and even though that fits the engineering theme quite well I personally wanted to explore different ideas. I like to use objects in my designs and scrabble, which is a very popular game came to mind when I started the brainstorming process. I pictured people actually playing the game and spelling out Engineering. The text on the poster that says "This Word Can Change The World," that was my play on the idea.
