Artist Statement: Conventional stereotypes portray engineers as people who are concerned only with numbers, rarely highlighting the immeasurable contributions that they make to society. In inspiring others to pursue engineering as a career, it is important that it be represented as an avenue that can “Change the World.” On my poster, I included various ways in which engineers impact both local and global communities, emphasizing the human aspect of the field. I chose to incorporate simple graphics into the design, as to not overshadow the overall message and to emphasize the possibilities for change worldwide.

Fantastic Print Technology
