Playful Polymers allows students to practice observational skills and note the difference between observation and inference. It also provides the student with the opportunity to design and perform simple inquiry investigations to answer a question posed by the instructor. The learning experience focuses the student on the following concepts: physical properties of substances and evidence of chemical change/reactions.
